These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Miss Fabb Popular and Mrs Fabb Popular online voting platform.

By accessing the website, registering, voting or purchasing votes, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Rules & Voting Guidelines, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Definitions

"Organizer" refers to the organization responsible for conducting Miss Fabb Popular and Mrs Fabb Popular.

"Platform" refers to the official Miss Fabb Popular online voting website and associated services.

"Voter" refers to any individual who registers, votes or purchases votes through the Platform.

"Finalist" refers to an officially selected Miss Fabb or Mrs Fabb finalist participating in the Popular title voting.

2. Use of the Platform

The Platform is intended for legitimate participation in the Miss Fabb Popular and Mrs Fabb Popular voting process.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system.

3. Registration

Users must provide accurate information during registration.

Mobile number verification through WhatsApp OTP is required for voting.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number provided belongs to them or is being used with appropriate authorization.

4. Voting

Voting is subject to the Rules & Voting Guidelines published on the Platform.

Each verified mobile number is entitled to one free vote.

Additional votes may be purchased through the available vote packages.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through the authorized payment gateway.

The Organizer does not collect or store complete card, banking or UPI credentials on its servers.

Payment confirmation may be performed through server-side payment gateway notifications or webhooks.

6. Vote Credit

Paid votes will be credited only after successful verification of the associated payment.

The Organizer may delay the crediting of votes where additional verification is reasonably required.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use bots, scripts, automated tools, fake accounts, fraudulent payment methods, hacking attempts, database manipulation or other methods intended to manipulate voting results.

Any attempt to interfere with the Platform or voting system may result in suspension, cancellation of votes, disqualification or other appropriate action.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, text, designs and other materials relating to Miss Fabb and its voting platform are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit such materials without prior written permission.

9. Availability

The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, network problems, payment gateway issues or circumstances beyond the Organizer's control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer shall not be responsible for losses arising from temporary website unavailability, internet connectivity issues, third-party payment gateway failures or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11. Winner Declaration

The final result is subject to verification of the voting records.

The decision of the Organizer regarding vote validity, interpretation of the rules, eligibility, disqualification, ranking and declaration of the winner shall be final and binding.

12. Changes to Terms

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions when required. Updated terms will be published on the Platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
